Where we deliver
We deliver in Jamshedpur. The orange part of the map below is our delivery area today (about 8 km around our store). Set your site in the app and it tells you straight away whether we reach you.
How long it takes
- We aim to deliver in about 60 minutes from the time you order.
- You can also choose a later time at checkout ("Schedule for later").
- Once the tempo leaves, the app shows where it is and when it should arrive.
- Traffic, weather, loading and road access can sometimes make a delivery longer than 60 minutes.
Delivery charges
The charge depends on how far your site is and on whether the order needs our tempo. You see the exact amount in your bill before you order.

A handling charge is added to every order: ₹10 for small items, ₹20 when the order has tempo items. It is shown as its own line in the bill.
Receiving your order
- Someone must be at the site to receive the material.
- We unload at the nearest spot our tempo can safely reach.
- Please check the material when it arrives. If something is wrong, see cancellation and refunds.
- For cash on delivery, please keep the amount ready.
